There is important mental health legislation on the docket in Illinois, and we’re doing all we can to make sure it passes. 

 

SB 697/HB 2595 would ensure that insurance providers are following the legal guidelines when it comes to covering mental health care and substance use disorders. No more denials of coverage, no more shady loopholes, no more Illinoisans left without treatment.
