Protect Kids Online

Pass KOSA

Every kid deserves to be safe online — but right now, they’re not.

Social media platforms are exposing children to serious harms every day—from bullying and sexual exploitation to eating disorders, social media addiction, depression, and even suicide. These risks aren’t accidental—they’re driven by platform design choices that prioritize profit over kids’ safety.

That’s why we need S.1748, the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA).

KOSA would require tech companies to take real responsibility by ensuring their platforms don’t cause or worsen harm to young people. It’s a critical step toward giving parents the tools they need to protect their kids.

This year, we’re sending a clear message to Congress: Help us protect our kids. Pass KOSA.

Your voice can help push this across the finish line.
